At Spitting Pig Portsmouth we’re happy to offer our expert hog roast catering for occasions across Portsmouth and beyond the city and surrounding areas. Whether it’s a summer wedding by the sea, an informal birthday party in your own back garden or a busy corporate lunch in your own office space, we bring the same professional service and delicious food to every occasion.

We know the streets the venues and the people and that makes all the difference when it comes to constructing the smoothest experience for our clients. If we’re installing at a party in Southsea or catering for a corporate function in the town centre, we always like to add a personal touch to our work. We also travel considerably further afield than Portsmouth, no matter where you are, we will do our best to cater for you.
We actually provide in Fareham, Gosport, Havant and Waterlooville on a weekly basis and we’re not scared of traveling out to Petersfield Hayling Island or Emsworth. Basically, if you’re hosting an event in or around Portsmouth and would like something a bit different on the menu then we’ll do our best to make it along. Our equipment is fully mobile so that we can cater virtually anywhere, whether it be at a formal venue, a garden marquee or a wild field in the country.
Our hog roasts are suitable for any event. We’re often at weddings, where the aroma and view of a roasting hog is such a focal part of the atmosphere and our menu can be tailored sufficiently to suit everyone’s tastes. From freshly carved pork with golden crackling and apple sauce, to colourful salads and veggie alternatives there’s something for every guest to enjoy. We’re also popular with businesses who want to treat their staff or impress clients with something a little different.
We’ve catered for everything from site launches and team lunches, to Christmas parties and staff BBQs. Over the years we have built up wonderful relationships with venues throughout Portsmouth and Hampshire and cooked in all manner of venue from grand houses to sports clubs and anything in between. We provide all the food so you don’t have to lift a finger. Our staff turn up promptly set up discreetly and serve from start to finish.
