A Leaving Party to Switzerland was a Roaring Success thanks to Hog Roast Hampton’s Catering

Hog Roast HamptonLast week, Hog Roast Hampton were delighted to be asked to serve our hog roasts for a special leaving party for a very special couple – Jenny and Emmanuel. They were off to start a new life in Switzerland. There were 50 guests in attendance at their home in Hampton. We ensured that they had a meal they’d never forget with a classic hog roast feast.
Our hog roast went down a treat. We served it alongside our homemade sage and onion stuffing and crispy crackling. As there were also some vegans and vegetarians in attendance, the couple asked us if we could serve alternative options; therefore, we also served pulled pork jackfruit, alongside a helping of crunchy slaw. And we didn’t leave the couple in a mess either, as all of the food was served on throwaway plates with disposable cutlery – so it all went in our bin, and we disposed of it afterwards. The party started at 2 pm; therefore, Hog Roast Hampton arrived at the property in the morning to get the equipment set up. What many people don’t realise is that it takes around 6 hours for the hog to cook fully. Therefore, we’ll get prepped as early as we can so that we can serve at your chosen time. We’ll leave you to your own devices while you put the finishing touches to the décor, while we work in the background.
