Hog Roast SouthseaWhen it came to Jenny and Gary’s wedding last month, Hog Roast Southsea pulled out all the stops to ensure their big day went off without a hitch. They requested our southern slow menu which was a superb choice. And as you can imagine, it went down a real treat. The couple wanted a more relaxed catering option, so we suggested that this menu would fit the bill perfectly. This alternative menu features beef brisket, Cajun-spiced chicken, sticky pork ribs and minted lamb, so everyone has plenty of choice. However, we do appreciate that some guests will have dietary needs, therefore, we have vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options too. We will only go down this route if guests do have requirements to keep the cost down. And when it comes to sides, you’ll be amazed by the amount of choice. Take your pick from our signature mac n’ cheese, through to classic corn on the cob, potato salads and crispy fries. There will be plenty to go around for everyone and there may even be some left for seconds and thirds!
